H soon found she could make footprints using Schleich dinosaurs.
I took the opportunity to ask her which dinosaur she though would make the biggest footprints, but she was more interested in who could make the biggest toe shapes.
We tried counting the dinosaurs and the footprints, and of course she had to make some of her own as well.
This kept H occupied for a long time, and was great as each time she filled it with footprints we could just roll it out again.

ReplyDeleteWhat a fun idea! The squishy sensation on feet makes a great sensory play idea! My son would love the dino footprints. I have a linky for playbased learning you should hop over and link up :)
